Sales · Operations · Financial Services
I grew up between Houston, Texas and Soyapango, El Salvador, moving between two countries and two very different environments from a young age. I spent about seven years in El Salvador before relocating to Canada at nine years old, where I dropped into grade six and had to figure out a whole new system on my feet.
At 17, after graduating, I had one of those moments where you look around and realize everyone seems to be building something while you're standing still. I didn't like that feeling. So I got serious. I started looking at my future differently: what experience I needed, what I wanted to learn, where I wanted to go. That shift is what pushed me into the field early, working real jobs while studying, building something concrete instead of waiting for the right moment.
The thing I keep coming back to across sales and operations is the same: figure out what someone actually needs before you pitch or plan anything. That approach is what I brought to every role and it is what I keep building on.
What I'm looking for now is somewhere I can actually build. Not just show up and do the job, but grow with the company, make a real impact, and take on more over time. I'm not someone who wants to stay in the same lane for years. I genuinely want to move into leadership and management, take on ownership, and be the kind of person a company invests in because they know I'll invest back.
Right now I'm 20, based in Markham, Ontario, studying Commerce at York University and working in active field sales at Neo Financial. I'm fluent in English and Spanish and authorized to work in both Canada and the United States.
